All pieces are fully laminated using Rexel Laminating Pouches of 2 x 75 (150) micron.
Corners of 90 degrees are removed.
A4 and A3 paper used is usually HP Bright White Inkjet 90gms.
White card of 160gms is used for A4 boards.
An HP Deskjet 1280 is used for printing.
Self-adhesive Velcro Brand Hook and Loop fastening is used with most activites.

Why is everything laminated?            Top of page
Everything is fully laminated.
Around all the edges of each piece, there is an overlap of seeled laminate so they are waterproof.
They are relatively durable and able to withstand some mistreatment.
They may be cleaned using a damp cloth and a non-abrasive cleaner/disinfectant.

Why are the corners cut off?       Top of page
Angles of 90 degrees are removed leaving the corresponding, larger angles.
These are less sharp and are therefore more safe.

Why is card used for some items?    Top of page
White card of 160gm thickness is used for A4 boards to add strength and rigidity.
It is also used for card game items so that the image cannot be seen on the reverse.

Why is an inkjet printer used for photographic images?                Top of page
All the pictures used for mywaytoo products are unique, photographic images.
Although they are photographs, they are not printed on photographic paper.
The inkjet printer uses ordinary paper that can be easily laminated.

Why use Hook and Loop fastening?Top of page
Hook and Loop fastening is used to ensure that pieces stay where they are put.
Boards, which are knocked over, will retain pieces in their given places.
The activity or game may resume immediately without having to redo the work.
Loop tape is stuck onto the smaller pieces.
Hook tape is stuck onto boards and acts as a guideline indicating where pieces may be placed.

What are the dimensions of A4 and A3 paper sizes?Top of page
A4 paper is 210 x 297mm or 8.3 x 11.7in.
A3 paper is 297 x 420mm or 11.7 x 16.5 in.

How big is the smallest piece?   Top of page
The smallest piece used in mywaytoo activities and games is about 32 x 32mm,
that's just over 1.25 x 1.25 in.
